Cancel under Bookings in your account, or call us. If your ship skips Puerto Vallarta, you get a full refund, except on bookings marked All Sales Final.
If your tour is canceled because of the weather, we’ll offer you another time that day that still fits your ship. If there isn’t one, you get a full refund or, if you prefer, the same amount toward an excursion at another port of call. Bookings marked All Sales Final are not refunded.
