What To Expect
Whale watching can occur throughout the Bay, depending on the port from which we leave, however, it is even more common to find them in the North of the Bay, since the entry point of their migration from Alaska is precisely the channel that exists. in the Marietas Islands area.
We will sail towards the area of Nuevo Vallarta and Cruz de Huanacaxtle, where the seabed is shallow. The whales usually travel through this area with their calves since the waters are calm and the visibility is adequate to prepare their calves for their long journey back to Alaska.

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on 4-Hour Private Whale Watching in Puerto Vallarta. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
