Overview
You will learn how to cook salsa de molcajete, guacamole, mouthwatering enchiladas and tostada. You will get to taste our own brand of Mezcal and Tequila made organically in small batches. You’ll discover the unique flavours of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life.

What To Expect
We will drive to to La Dulce Vista, where a spectacular jungle and river scenery await.
Enjoy the fun of a beginner's enthusiast meal preparation with the freshest ingredients we bought to make local dishes such as a Mexican Salsa Molcajete, a mouthwatering Guacamole, and the Mexican classic: Chicken Enchiladas. (vegetarian version available) we will also do a Chile Jalapeño filled with shrimp and cheese and finish with some Platano Macho for dessert.
We will continue with the tasting of our own artisanal Mezcal (the cousin of Tequila) along with our own brand of Tequilas (Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, Pink and Extra Aged) organically made in small batches.
At the end of the experience, you can enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzis, green areas, and Hammocks!
