Details unavailable at booking can be provided later.Cruise Port Pickup: Please provide your cruise ship’s name, arrival date, expected disembarkation time, and required boarding time. Your guide will meet you near the bottom of your ship’s exit ramp holding an Obi Tours® sign. We tailor your itinerary to your time ashore and plan to return you at least one hour before your required boarding time.Departure Times: Our standard departure times are 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, local Puerto Vallarta time. Other pickup times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us before booking if you need a different start time.Accessibility & Mobility: Travelers with mobility needs are welcome. Our vehicles do not have wheelchair ramps or lifts, so guests must be able to transfer into a vehicle seat. Foldable wheelchairs and compact folding mobility scooters may be accommodated, subject to vehicle storage space. Please contact us in advance with your equipment’s dimensions, weight, and any assistance needs so we can confirm suitable arrangements.Traveling with Children: Infants and young children must travel in an appropriate child safety seat and may not ride on an adult’s lap. You’re welcome to bring your own seat. If you need us to provide one, please request it in advance and share your child’s age and approximate weight. Child seats are subject to availability and an additional fee.Your tour is exclusively reserved for your group. A minimum charge equivalent to three paying guests applies, including bookings for solo travelers and couples.HOTEL, RESORT & PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION PICKUP Pickup is included from approved locations in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerías, and surrounding areas within our designated service zone.We also accommodate pickup requests from Airbnbs, villas, private residences, and other convenient locations.Please provide your accommodation name, complete address, and hotel room number if available.For accommodations outside our standard service area, an alternative meeting point or additional transportation charge may apply.Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.SCENIC MOUNTAIN TRAVEL This experience includes a scenic drive through the Sierra Madre Occidental, with winding mountain roads and changing elevations.Travelers who are sensitive to motion sickness may wish to take their usual precautions before departure.The itinerary includes extended road travel, cultural sightseeing, and opportunities for walking and photography.PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & ACCESSIBILITY The standard itinerary is generally easy and suitable for most travelers.Some historic streets and attractions feature cobblestones, steps, slopes, or uneven ground.Our standard vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps. Travelers using folding wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility aids should notify us before booking so we can confirm suitable vehicle access and adapt the itinerary when practical.We welcome guests who prefer a slower pace, additional rest stops, or reduced walking.FAMILIES, CHILDREN & INFANTS Families with children are welcome!Infants and young children must travel in appropriate, properly secured child safety restraints. Infants may not travel on an adult's lap.Child safety seats and boosters may be available by advance reservation, subject to size suitability and availability.You may bring your own approved child safety seat.Foldable strollers are welcome when sufficient vehicle storage space is available.WEATHER & MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS Mascota's mountain climate can be cooler than coastal Puerto Vallarta, especially in the morning and during winter.We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, sun protection, and clothing suitable for changing weather.During rainy periods, mountain roads and outdoor attractions may be affected by weather conditions.RESTAURANTS & OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES Our itinerary includes time to enjoy authentic regional cuisine at a local restaurant.Meals, alcoholic beverages, optional raicilla tastings, attraction admission fees, personal purchases, and recreational activities are not included unless specifically stated in your reservation.Museum visits, raicilla experiences, and optional stops at Corrinchis Reservoir depend on opening hours, route feasibility, and availability.Alcohol consumption is optional and restricted to guests aged 18 and older.BOOKING & PICKUP CONFIRMATION Our team will coordinate your pickup through the applicable booking platform, email, phone, or WhatsApp.Please monitor your booking messages and notify us of changes to your accommodation or travel arrangements.All scheduled times follow Puerto Vallarta local time (UTC−06:00).CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you cannot attend your tour, please notify us as soon as possible.Failure to arrive at the confirmed meeting point within the applicable waiting period, without prior notice or an approved alternative arrangement, may be treated as a no-show according to your booking terms.Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy accepted at the time of reservation.
