What To Expect

We begin with a guided walk through Puerto Vallarta’s historic downtown, where you’ll learn about Mexican history, traditions, and local life on the way to the traditional market. There, you’ll discover how to select fresh, authentic ingredients like a local.
Then, we return to Gaby’s Restaurant for a hands-on cooking session. You’ll learn how to make handmade tortillas, fresh guacamole, traditional salsas, and a variety of delicious taco fillings using authentic techniques.
Enjoy a fun, interactive atmosphere while cooking step by step. At the end, sit down and enjoy the tacos you prepared with the group.
