Great day with Raul and Hector!
The trip didn't get started on the brightest of notes when our guide Rail notified us that Downtown will be closed due to it being the independence day. It wasn't his fault, but we were excited to tour downtown and walk the Malecon. But they took us a different church when we told us we were excited to go to our Lady of Guadalupe church and accommodated us every turn. Hector was very funny and it was a great duo keeping us company and explaining everything. Highly recommended. Beautiful drive to the restaurant and the food was fabulous. Didn't even know there were going to be animal showings and we enjoyed that immensely. We got lucky with our guide and driver and hope this is just the standard experience for all to enjoy.

Fernando was amazing! He picked is up right at the cruise terminal and gave us a quick rundown of the itinerary. We were able to tell him what we were interested in, and he tailored some of the stops just for us. The birria taco place he took us when we asked for great tacos was also fantastic (we went twice during the tour)! He was extremely knowledgeable about the city, was able to answer all our questions, and just really made the city seem like a fun, welcoming place. With a group of four, the price was perfect and could not be beat. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Puerto Vallarta!

Our day with Obi Tours was one of the absolute highlights of our week in Puerto Vallarta!We booked the private Sayulita and San Pancho tour for our group of six, and from the moment Obi and Elizabeth picked us up in their clean, comfortable, air-conditioned van, we knew we were in good hands.Throughout the day, they shared so much knowledge about Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the places we visited. Their passion for what they do really shines through, and they made every stop interesting and enjoyable.One of our favorite surprises was a stop at a roadside fruit stand where they had arranged a tasting of several local fruits. It was such a fun experience that we never would have found on our own.The tequila tasting was another unforgettable part of the day. It was entertaining, informative, and honestly featured the best tequila we’ve ever had! We learned so much and had a great time.In Sayulita, they took us to a wonderful beachfront restaurant before giving us free time to explore the town at our own pace. We also loved visiting beautiful San Pancho.One of the most thoughtful touches was that Elizabeth took photos throughout the entire tour—both candid and posed—and shared them with us afterward at no extra charge. It allowed us to simply enjoy the day while knowing the memories were being captured.What really sets Obi Tours apart is that this didn’t feel like a typical tour. It felt like spending the day with two wonderful people who genuinely love sharing their home and culture with their guests.If we’re fortunate enough to visit Puerto Vallarta again, we’ll absolutely be booking another tour with Obi and Elizabeth. They offer several different experiences, and we can’t wait to see more of the area with them.Thank you both for making our vacation so memorable. This was a fun tour experience! The tour guides knew their Puerto Vallarta history and shared relevant stories from the the past to current times. There are a lot great and fun things coming to PV and Obi Tours will be a great addition to any vacation plans! They had great energy and attitude. They were able to answer our questions and provide a safe and comfortable travel experience. They even gave us a small cake as a gesture to a birthday we were celebrating! Highly recommend Obi Tours!

How delightful to be picked up at our hotel on time by Jose (Pepe), a true PV native, who drove us up the mountain to San Sebastian and gave us plenty of history and tips along the way. This is butterfly season - we drove through swarms of butterflies on the way into the Sierra Madre. The tequila/raicilla tasting at Don Lalin was wonderful as was lunch at El Comedor de Lupita in San Sebastian, a local authentic Mexican restaurant - the chicken mole was superb. We enjoyed popping into the local shops and walking around the town. Unfortunately, the plaza is being repaired right now, but it's still a lovely day trip, especially now in the off season since it's much cooler in the mountains and traffic is less crazy!

Bernardo was great and let us set the pace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We didn’t even realize we were getting food when we booked, and the food was delicious. A nice surprise. We made it to 4 breweries and would definitely go back to two of them - Monzon and Los Cuentos. We would highly recommend this tour. Oh, and a nicely appointed van with AC! A great way to spend an afternoon.

Excellent time and a great adventure. The crew is engaging and very kind and it was a great time! I have one daughter who is afraid of heights and the other is a major thrill seeker, both were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the trip. The group leaders did a wonderful job helping to ensure everyone felt safe and confortable while also having a great time. Everyone was very engaged and practiced safety. There is a nice river pool and water slides and swings at the end of the trip and included is also some animals to pet, hold or just visit. There is also a restaurant on site and the food was absolutely delicious. Great staff and we felt very safe. There are lockers for your bags, there are bathrooms and changing rooms available if you want to swim afterwards. There is also water stops along the zip line trails which was great because it was hot! Edgar, Alexis, Fernando, Chica and all the rest of the crew were fun, funny, and made it a great experience! Will recommend to all friends and family traveling to Puerto Vallarta

Travel from the heart of Puerta Vallarta into the nearby hills, following the coastal road as you make your way to the Puerta Vallarta Botanical Gardens...a must see! the gardens are incredible with so much to see. Our host Jimmy was wonderful, knowledgeable and made our time in the gardens very enjoyable. While at the gardens I highly recommend that you end your visit with lunch and a cold drink at the Hacienda de Oro Restaurant & Bar on the grounds of the gardens...the food was absolutely amazing...ask for a table on the patio overlooking the river valley and surrounding mountains. The food was was wonderful, the maragrita of the day was one of a kind and the coconut cake is the best I have every had!
