We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the ATV tour at Canopy River in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! Our guide, Romy, was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make our experience safe, enjoyable, and memorable.I had back surgery, so I was a little concerned about being able to participate comfortably and safely. Romy took excellent care of me throughout the entire tour. He was attentive, patient, and constantly made sure I was safe and comfortable. When we reached the waterfall, he even assisted me with the steps so I could experience it for myself. That meant so much to me!Romy was very professional, knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely caring. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire trip far better than we ever expected.If you’re considering an ATV tour at Canopy River, I highly recommend asking for Romy. He was an outstanding guide and made our experience truly special. We are so grateful for everything he did for us!

The boat ride with Captain Eric and Chema thank you, it was absolutely fabulous! I think I took a boat ride with them two years ago, and they were they were great that trip as well. I read all the reviews first and they had the best ones, and all the reviews were right. Definitely come on their boat the Mona Lisa with them!

Our guide Cervando was amazing. He gave us a great overview of quite a few colonias (neighborhoods) in Puerto Vallarta including Marina Vallarta, 5 de Diciembre, Centro and Zona Romantica. He also gave us a tour of a local market in 5 de Diciembre near where he grew up...including fresh tortillas and salsa. He is very knowledgeable about the city as he is native resident. He is a very safe driver and gives you the option to tailor your tour to your liking, if there are specific sites and areas you would like to see. He also gave us suggestions for various street vendors and restaurants to try while we are here.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide, Pablo, and our boat captain, Ricardo, were both excellent. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, birds, plants, and everything we were seeing along the way. From beginning to end, they made us feel like we were their number one priority.I was personally pretty nervous about getting into the water. I’m not someone who typically goes very far into water when I can’t see the bottom and add nighttime AND a cave to that, and I was definitely a little freaked out! 😂Pablo was incredibly patient, encouraging, and reassuring. He told me he would stay right beside me, and he absolutely did. I never felt pressured, and once I decided to get in, he made sure I felt safe the entire time. He was also constantly looking out for everyone else in our group while we were in the water. Because of his encouragement, I was able to experience something I probably would not have done otherwise and I’m so glad I did! It was such a cool experience, and everyone had an amazing time.Pablo’s care didn’t end when the tour was over either. He made sure arrangements were taken care of for each couple in our group and that everyone had a safe way to get back to their hotel.We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. If you have the opportunity, definitely ask for Pablo! He truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience safe, fun, informative, and memorable. And a huge thank you to Ricardo as well for taking such great care of us on the boat!

They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was having a great time. They went above and beyond to make the day fun, comfortable, and memorable. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about their guests.The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was so much fun, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The minute I found out that I could swim with dolphins in the wild in Puerto Vallarta - I knew I had to make it happen🐬 They had originally signed us up with swimming with the dolphins and sea lions in a tank. When I found out, it was in a tank I made sure to let them know that I am very against that and that we only want to swim with them in the wild. We got lucky and had a private tour. They told us if more people didn’t sign up they may cancel it. I’m so glad they didn’t! Our guide Michael and Captain Martin were amazing! The day started off a little slow, but we never lost hope! Sure enough just a few minutes later, they found us a couple of dolphins that were calm and swimming slow, so we were able to get in and swim with them! It was the most beautiful experience seeing them so close and in their natural habitat. We got more time with the dolphins than I ever could’ve dreamed of. So when he told us, it was time to give them some space I was super fulfilled and more than happy to see them from the boat. We both thought that the tour might have just ended there, but they fed us some sandwiches and took us snorkeling at this beautiful secluded beach. Michael was able to tell us about all the species of fish and the marine birds. And on the way back - even more dolphins!!!😍 This excursion couldn’t have gone any better. I can’t wait to come back!🩵🐬

Chema and Arel were fantastic! It was great to get out of the city and experience the water, local town feel, and views of the area. Snorkeling in Los Arcos we saw eels, schools of fish, and coral. The town of Yalapa was wonderful. Fantastic homemade food and friendly local people. I would recommend this to anyone looking to experience more than just the big city tourism of Puerto Vallarta. They provided snorkeling gear, a cooler, and some great stories about life in PV! Being on the boat just the four of us on the water made our trip. Best empanadas the whole visit.
