This was the highlight of our trip to PV! Gorgeous scenery and a well-maintained boat, plus amazing staff and customer service! Guides were helpful and very friendly and full of information about the trip and the area. Especially Alex, who not only led the snorkeling experience, but also hauled my old self around on a life preserver when I got tired! Saw lots of sea turtles, some dolphins, and plenty of fish during the snorkeling. Food served on board was fresh and delicious, plenty of drinks, and lots to do all day. We loved it!

The entire experience was so worth the cost. Boat ride from the port to the island was enjoyable. The show was phenominal. Dinner was a buffet with ample selections. Return boat ride back to port was enjoyable. If we would return with different friends, this is on the list.

Wonderful tour. Would definitely recommend to others and go again myself.Cannot say enough about how amazing the entire crew was on the boat. They were all so friendly, fun, attentive and went out of their way to make sure everybody was happy, having fun and safe through the entire day.There are so many fun activities packed into one tour so there is a little something for everyone.The pickup/ drop off from sayulita was on time and easy.If you are looking for a fun day full of beautiful places, great food and drinks and most of all great people this is the tour for you.

Incredible, beautiful views, good trail, it needs to go faster to take advantage of the RZR. You have to bring money since it is surely $400, and the souvenirs in the places are good.

Our tour guide Axle did a superb job. He stopped at view points for us to take pictures and a great little place for lunch that we would have never found on our own. The food was so flavorful! Michael was an amazing educated guide who helped us to find rare and remarkable birds, including the Mexican hermit hummingbird. He was a trained knowledgeable about birds, Whales dolphins, and is a native of the area. This is not the exact tour we went on, but it’s the closest I could find.

Staff were excellent people and their customer service throughout the trip was outstanding. This review highlight's one amazing staff member sharing this just prior to boarding:When entering or returning to the Puerto Vallarta maritime terminal, passengers pass through security checkpoints featuring metal detectors and bag scanners. Security around the port area is actively supported by the Mexican Navy and you don't want to carry anything inappropriate with you.

The agency that runs the tour is EXCELLENT, very attentive, the service is very, very good, the food is very delicious, the activities are super good for my children.The only and very bad experience was with Cool Puerto Vallarta as an intermediary, they did not give the correct instructions since the tour says it is for ages 6 to 90 and when we arrived they said that only children 11 years and older can enter the Marietas Islands, they also did not tell me that you have to pay 1,000 more per person to enter the hidden beach.

The minute I found out that I could swim with dolphins in the wild in Puerto Vallarta - I knew I had to make it happen🐬 They had originally signed us up with swimming with the dolphins and sea lions in a tank. When I found out, it was in a tank I made sure to let them know that I am very against that and that we only want to swim with them in the wild. We got lucky and had a private tour. They told us if more people didn’t sign up they may cancel it. I’m so glad they didn’t! Our guide Michael and Captain Martin were amazing! The day started off a little slow, but we never lost hope! Sure enough just a few minutes later, they found us a couple of dolphins that were calm and swimming slow, so we were able to get in and swim with them! It was the most beautiful experience seeing them so close and in their natural habitat. We got more time with the dolphins than I ever could’ve dreamed of. So when he told us, it was time to give them some space I was super fulfilled and more than happy to see them from the boat. We both thought that the tour might have just ended there, but they fed us some sandwiches and took us snorkeling at this beautiful secluded beach. Michael was able to tell us about all the species of fish and the marine birds. And on the way back - even more dolphins!!!😍 This excursion couldn’t have gone any better. I can’t wait to come back!🩵🐬
