One of the most genuine and absolutely must book tour guides. Alejandro is an amazing individual that truly loves Mexico, Puerto Vallarta and nature. He took us on an extraordinary experience that we will never forget. We went on the botanical garden and petroglyphs tour. Everything from start to finish was meticulously well thought out and prepared by our tour guide Alejandro. He is a wealth of knowledge and his passion is seen throughout the whole experience. Michael was an amazing educated guide who helped us to find rare and remarkable birds, including the Mexican hermit hummingbird. He was a trained knowledgeable about birds, Whales dolphins, and is a native of the area. This is not the exact tour we went on, but it’s the closest I could find.

What am absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! We got to see a momma turtle lay eggs and rescue the eggs - so beautiful to witness and feels great knowing we could help! Eddie was SUCH a great person and taught us so much. He's a friend for life now.I can't recommend this experience more! And if you decide to do the baby turtle release instead/ in addition, make sure to book it with the turtle camp directly (not another tour company) as that's how the organizing raises funds to do this vital rescue work!

Michael was AMAZING - he has such incredible knowledge of the birds and trees in the area and we had such a fabulous time spotting nearly 50 types of birds! We're fairly new to birding and this was such a special experience that has fueled us wanting to do birding more frequently. We also really appreciate that this company is truly eco friendly and ensures that nature and wildlife are protected on the types tpurs.Highly recommend this tour and EcoTours!

Like someone else said— don’t let the late night booking scare you. You will be well taken care of and feel safe, especially with Eduardo. We didn’t see the turtles at first, but then we found a nest and participated in the capture, identification, and incubation of olive Ridley sea turtle eggs. In addition, we got to see crocodiles at a safe distance from the mangrove. This was one of the best experiences I had visiting this area. This was my husband's and my 2nd cruise!! First the night-time cruise and then a private cruise for one of our best friend's 60th Birthday!!What A Blast We Had!! After we were on-board thia Beautiful Yacht, we were introduced to the staff, explained where everything was, and offered our first cocktail and snacks before we ever got out of the Marina.We were shown sea turtles that were frolicking above the water for a few minutes. We snorkeled in this Beautiful Inlet and also relaxed on their huge Lily Pad float. We ate lunch while we relaxed on a Beautiful Sunny Day!!They took us over to the Los Arcos Rocks and watched the numerous species of birds flying on and off these huge rocks. The Captain even positioned the boat so that we could look through the cave of the rock through to the other side. You can see these rocks while driving along Highway 200 but it is nothing compared to being up close and personal.The 3 person crew were Great!! We never had a chance to want for anything before they were bringing it to us or answering an endless list of questions about the Bay and many of the Sea Creatures which inhabit it full-time to others (Whales particularly) that only come for the Winter Season so that the females can have their Babies in the safety of the Bay and fatten them up for their return trip to Alaska.All-in-all, I would highly recommend this Cruise, the Sunset Cruise, or any others that they offer!! Already considering the Whale Watching Cruise next!!

Amazing experience and our guide Carlos was helpful, insightful and overall made the trip 10 times better. I recommend choosing an atv over the 4x4 so you can speed and slow down on your own accord. Did two different trips with them on two different ride paths and both were amazing. 10/10 will recommend Bonus they speak multiple languages

100% recommend! My recommendations for the tour and clothing are at the end! This experience was amazing from start to finish! The communication and customer service were excellent, they responded to my questions within minutes. I mainly wanted to make sure getting there and back with Uber/rideshare would be easy and it is.For anyone booking, I definitely recommend using Barceló Puerto Vallarta as your drop off/pick up location for Uber or rideshare. From there, you can communicate with the tour staff easily, and they may already be there waiting for you.The horseback riding tour itself was beautiful and beginner friendly, no matter your riding experience level. Plus they will give you a lesson in the begging before starting. I had such a great time. The scenery was gorgeous, and the guides made the entire experience feel comfortable and fun.One of my favorite parts was the restaurant stop. The food was really good, the drinks were delicious (I had two margaritas!), and the outdoor area was beautiful. We actually got into the water near the restaurant before our food came out, then relaxed, ate, air dried, and got right back on the horses. We didn’t even need towels.A few tips for future guests: • Bring cash if possible because cards are about 5% more. • The restaurant food and drinks are definitely worth it. • If wearing pants, wear lightweight breathable/waterproof pants. • Shorts are completely fine too, I wore cargo shorts, but avoid very short shorts because the ride could become uncomfortable. If you wear shorts, make sure you put mosquito spray on, but if you do forget they do have some for you

Que bonito! What a beautiful hike to an even more beautiful swimming hole and waterfall. Even though you’re only 30 minutes from PV, this tour transports you into a lush, remote jungle surrounded by mountains. The hike is challenging but worth it. There are plenty of places along the way to stop and enjoy the scenery and listen for birds. The hike ends at a swimming hole with warm water and giant granite rocks to jump from. Laying on the these giant rocks, surrounded by the mountains and the trees, soaking up the sun was one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico.Read the other reviews and you’ll see that the guide, Elian, is what makes this tour really above and beyond. He takes the time to get to know you, points out highlights and loose rocks along the way, and brings so much joy to the whole experience. It’s easy to see that this is a special place that he loves to share with others. He even filled up his backpack with bottles and cans on the hike back to throw away back in town.If you are looking for a truly natural experience in Mexico with a guide who will go out of his way to make it unforgettable, book this tour.
