I read all the reviews first and they had the best ones, and all the reviews were right. Definitely come on their boat the Mona Lisa with them!

Our guide Cervando was amazing. He gave us a great overview of quite a few colonias (neighborhoods) in Puerto Vallarta including Marina Vallarta, 5 de Diciembre, Centro and Zona Romantica. He also gave us a tour of a local market in 5 de Diciembre near where he grew up...including fresh tortillas and salsa. He is very knowledgeable about the city as he is native resident. He is a very safe driver and gives you the option to tailor your tour to your liking, if there are specific sites and areas you would like to see. He also gave us suggestions for various street vendors and restaurants to try while we are here.

Fernando was amazing! He picked is up right at the cruise terminal and gave us a quick rundown of the itinerary. We were able to tell him what we were interested in, and he tailored some of the stops just for us. The birria taco place he took us when we asked for great tacos was also fantastic (we went twice during the tour)! He was extremely knowledgeable about the city, was able to answer all our questions, and just really made the city seem like a fun, welcoming place. With a group of four, the price was perfect and could not be beat. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Puerto Vallarta!

Chema and Arel were fantastic! It was great to get out of the city and experience the water, local town feel, and views of the area. Snorkeling in Los Arcos we saw eels, schools of fish, and coral. The town of Yalapa was wonderful. Fantastic homemade food and friendly local people. I would recommend this to anyone looking to experience more than just the big city tourism of Puerto Vallarta. They provided snorkeling gear, a cooler, and some great stories about life in PV! Being on the boat just the four of us on the water made our trip. Best empanadas the whole visit.

Our experience with the tour was exceptional, largely due to our outstanding driver and guide, Cervando. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and knows Puerto Vallarta like the palm of his hand. What made the tour particularly valuable was the opportunity to experience both the modern, popular tourist areas and the less-touristy, more authentic parts of Puerto Vallarta. The contrast between these areas provided a unique perspective and made the tour much more interesting and memorable. Cervando was accommodating, attentive, considerate, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and local knowledge greatly enhanced the tour.

How delightful to be picked up at our hotel on time by Jose (Pepe), a true PV native, who drove us up the mountain to San Sebastian and gave us plenty of history and tips along the way. This is butterfly season - we drove through swarms of butterflies on the way into the Sierra Madre. The tequila/raicilla tasting at Don Lalin was wonderful as was lunch at El Comedor de Lupita in San Sebastian, a local authentic Mexican restaurant - the chicken mole was superb. We enjoyed popping into the local shops and walking around the town. Unfortunately, the plaza is being repaired right now, but it's still a lovely day trip, especially now in the off season since it's much cooler in the mountains and traffic is less crazy!

Daniel was an incredible captain — super friendly, accommodating, aesthetically pleasing and tailored the entire itinerary exactly to what we wanted instead of doing a generic tour. If you’re in or passing through Puerto Vallarta and even remotely considering a photo session, just do it. You will not regret it!As our crew has grown, it’s harder to have everyone all in the same place at the same time. Since we had all flown in from different parts of the country to take a cruise together, I figured this was our chance to get photos - and what better backdrops than the beautiful beaches and city center?!Star helped me coordinate our session for the morning our ship was in port. What I did NOT plan for was a time zone mix-up! We were scheduled to be in port at 7 am - but didn’t know that was ship time - Puerto Vallarta was an hour ahead! By the time we got on land and had cell service, we were already an hour late to our session.Star was incredible about it! She communicated right away, helped us pivot immediately, and we headed to the beach to make the most of the time we had left. No stress, no attitude - just someone who clearly loves what she does and wanted us to walk away happy. When we finally arrived, she wasn’t frantic or upset - she helped us all get comfortable and didn’t let the stressful start ruin the fun.And somehow, even with the time mix up, she got EVERYTHING. The full group, just the kids, the couples, parents with each of the children - all of the combinations I had hoped for. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable right from the start, which matters so much when you’re wrangling a big group.The photos are stunning! Anyone who has taken group photos knows the struggle - someone is always blinking or looking away lol But Star captured so many great shots - genuinely love every single one!Star communicated beautifully before, during, and after the whole process. I only wish we lived closer, because we will absolutely book her again the next time we’re in Puerto Vallarta.JUST DO IT! If you’re on a debating whether to splurge on a professional session while in Puerto Vallarta - do it! You have everyone together, you’re in a beautiful place, and of course the candids from the trip are great, but having photos of your entire crew is truly priceless. Thanks again, Star!!
