Summer’s Ranch (Rancho Verano Distileria de Tequila) Tours

Included very nice hike(optional), moderate difficulty for average person. Trails were slippery but very clearly marked. Garden was extremely beautiful. Guide was amazing, photographer very good. Tequila was very good, a little pricerier than expected for the optional purchase. Lunch was delicious but if not choosing the lunch included menu be aware you will be forced to get food at the same restaurant(pretty pricy as well compared to other restaurants in town) due to remote location.

This was such a great day, we had so much fun!!! Last time we did this tour was 10 years ago! Lunch was amazing, all the shops we went to were great. The tequila tasting was fun and the church of Lady Guadalupe was beautiful!

We had an amazing time on this Puerto Vallarta city tour! We loved visiting the Malecón boardwalk, the beautiful church, the jewelry and leather shops, and the candy store. The local market was a great surprise—we were staying nearby and didn’t even know it was there, so we will go back later in our trip.The food was delicious, and the tequila tasting was excellent. The coffee liqueur and añejo tequila were so good that we had to buy both!José was an outstanding tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun. If you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta, a tour with José is a must. Highly recommend!

The tour was great! We had taken the tour before, but it was different this time. Our tour guide was Carlos, and he was great, very informative and interacted well with the group. He walked us around the downtown area and explained some of the culture to us. We did stop by a jewelry store and a tourist shop area on our way to the tasting. This is how the locals make their money, so we thought nothing of it. We stopped at a coffee roster which is another area to buy souvenirs then crossed the river to a camping yurt that was fun to see. At the tasting it has been very updated since our last time their but was still great. The food was also amazing, and out of our group of 9 everyone was very happy with their lunch. This was at an added cost but well worth it.

It was a great day! The tour guide was excellent.. we enjoyed the tequila tasting and the lunch (although the bathrooms at the restaurant were not good) .. was an enjoyable day.

Well organized tour with good communication. The tour guide knew how to avoid crowds, traffic and max our touring time. The van was clean, comfortable and roomy. We had great time at the Tequila tasting with NO pressure on shopping. He allowed us to go more sightseeing, photos instead of shopping. Thank you for his outstanding service.

Ramone was our tour guide. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He allowed us to customize our tour to include the Taquilla Factory, Coffee Factory, lunch, tattoos for my nephews, shopping at the boardwalk and drove us back to the Cruise Ship Terminal. He was informative in geography and historical points of interest. Our entire family really enjoyed his company. We highly recommend Ramone!!

Learned a lot about the history of Puerto Vallarta and shipping stops were a lot of fun! Our tour guide was amazing, especially since the A/C in our van wasn't working. He arranged to get us another vehicle while we were still on Old town of PV. Made for the ride up into the Sierra Madres much more tolerable

One of the best tours we have experienced in Puerto Vallarta. The gardens were beautiful and the guides were great, giving us history of the region and the families the reside in the area.

I don't know if this is from the restaurant that's in the botanical garden. It is always a beautiful experience for the food and the view. I love that hummingbirds come the only thing I don't like that they put drinkers that have sugar water? I wish not! That makes them addicted and they lose part of their function with nature. I wish not 🥺🙏. The food was delicious!! It was breakfast with delicious hotcakes and that creamery that gave it a perfect touch! 🙏🙏🙏

This is our second tequila tour to the same distillery. The food at the distillery is awesome as is the tequila.

I’m glad that this tour offered transportation. We got picked up a few blocks from our hotel and joined the Spanish tour. I wanted to do the tour in Spanish since I speak it but my partner only knows English. Luckily, we our tour guide, Freddy, was amazing and welcoming! Thank you Freddy for accommodating me and my partner! He was translating everything for my partner in English. We had a great time and the tequila tasting was delicious. However, the restaurant at the tequila stop was the priciest restaurant we ate in Puerto Vallarta.

Our guide Erik made our trip amazing. He is awesome, kind and fun. He showed us sights of Puerto Vallarta we have never seen in all our visits to PV.

We went on a tour with Luis and visited Marino and Marino Jewelry, Cafe Hacienda and tequila tasting and tour. Luis was a very informative tour guide and was very pleasant answering all of our questions. We will look for him when we come back to Mexico!!
