They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was having a great time. They went above and beyond to make the day fun, comfortable, and memorable. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about their guests.The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was so much fun, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Perfect strike mission to Los Arcos. As an experienced free diver, I considered attempting the trip on my own but the guides were knowledgeable of the regulations I was not privy to. Taking a boat was likely quicker and more convenient. The guides created a positive atmosphere and allowed all swim skill levels to enjoy the snorkel. One suggestions, either bring mask anti-fog or bring your own mask. I was glad I brought my trusty mask and I saw others’ fog up. I saw several new fish to me and visibility was great.

This was my husband's and my 2nd cruise!! First the night-time cruise and then a private cruise for one of our best friend's 60th Birthday!!What A Blast We Had!! After we were on-board thia Beautiful Yacht, we were introduced to the staff, explained where everything was, and offered our first cocktail and snacks before we ever got out of the Marina.We were shown sea turtles that were frolicking above the water for a few minutes. We snorkeled in this Beautiful Inlet and also relaxed on their huge Lily Pad float. We ate lunch while we relaxed on a Beautiful Sunny Day!!They took us over to the Los Arcos Rocks and watched the numerous species of birds flying on and off these huge rocks. The Captain even positioned the boat so that we could look through the cave of the rock through to the other side. You can see these rocks while driving along Highway 200 but it is nothing compared to being up close and personal.The 3 person crew were Great!! We never had a chance to want for anything before they were bringing it to us or answering an endless list of questions about the Bay and many of the Sea Creatures which inhabit it full-time to others (Whales particularly) that only come for the Winter Season so that the females can have their Babies in the safety of the Bay and fatten them up for their return trip to Alaska.All-in-all, I would highly recommend this Cruise, the Sunset Cruise, or any others that they offer!! Already considering the Whale Watching Cruise next!!

Company was super easy to work with even when I changed my dates and boat several times ;) The tour guides were amazing and we were able to play our music on the boat! I cannot recommend this company enough! There was an issue day of which was quickly communicated and resolved and in the end our evening turned out better than I was expecting! The owner and staff were all so friendly and FUNNY! Ricky on the boat kept everyone laughing all night! We did an evening 4 hour charter the night before our wedding and all our guests had an amazing time, some even said it was the highlight of the whole weekend for them!
