We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide, Pablo, and our boat captain, Ricardo, were both excellent. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, birds, plants, and everything we were seeing along the way. From beginning to end, they made us feel like we were their number one priority.I was personally pretty nervous about getting into the water. I’m not someone who typically goes very far into water when I can’t see the bottom and add nighttime AND a cave to that, and I was definitely a little freaked out! 😂Pablo was incredibly patient, encouraging, and reassuring. He told me he would stay right beside me, and he absolutely did. I never felt pressured, and once I decided to get in, he made sure I felt safe the entire time. He was also constantly looking out for everyone else in our group while we were in the water. Because of his encouragement, I was able to experience something I probably would not have done otherwise and I’m so glad I did! It was such a cool experience, and everyone had an amazing time.Pablo’s care didn’t end when the tour was over either. He made sure arrangements were taken care of for each couple in our group and that everyone had a safe way to get back to their hotel.We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. If you have the opportunity, definitely ask for Pablo! He truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience safe, fun, informative, and memorable. And a huge thank you to Ricardo as well for taking such great care of us on the boat!

Absolute best experience - will do it again and am excited to bring friends. Uli was the best guide. Being older he legit hauled my old ass up the cliff so I could enjoy the jump (which was such a rush) and encouraged others. One gent got scared and he rallied everyone to cheer for him until he not only enjoyed the cliff dive but felt super supported. Kiki was an awesome captain, too.When we got to Los Arcos the snorkeling was super chill and fun. We had kids, seniors, everyone on our tour and we all could do it. If someone was struggling, Uli, was right there. But the waters were calm and tranquil. Really loved how he and Kiki pointed out all the landmarks, made sure everyone felt cared for and had a good time without feeling like an oddball (which, me being a 51 year old solo traveler was awesome). I travel to Mexico a lot but have never stopped in PV before. Will now stop again to enjoy the tour again thanks to the great experience I had and how much fun it was and how cool the snorkeling was. Can't praise Uli and Kiki enough and don't sleep on this tour. Perfect for all ages, supportive and fun staff who are never condescending. Coulda had more beer on board but whatever. Only suggestions for participants: bring swim shoes to get up the rock for cliff diving as it gets slippery if you're barefoot.

We had an amazing time on the boat tour! We went snorkeling and jumped off the rocks, and the whole experience was a lot of fun. Keven was a fantastic guide—friendly, helpful, and great at making the day memorable. Captain Denison did an excellent job too. I’d definitely recommend this tour!

Had a great time thanks to our guide Guillermo (Pancho) and captain Luis (Jack Sparrow). Guillermo is a local so good to experience this tour from his standpoint. Not fancy, but enjoyable and was amazing to see the bio-lit plankton inside one of the Los Arcos caves. I've taken quite a few tours around PV. This one is relatively knew and I would go again.

Alex is a wonderful guide—warm, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and simply great company to be around. He makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable right from the moment you meet. The itinerary itself is balanced so well: you get a fun hike through beautiful scenery, plenty of time to relax and swim, and fantastic spots for snorkeling (Playa Majahuitas and Quimixto are just breathtaking!). Alex knows all the best local details, facts, and hidden spots, which makes the whole experience feel personal and unique rather than just another commercial tour. I thought it was really fun and interesting! Diego is a great tour operator! I liked seeing the National Park. I didn't participate in the snorkeling, but it looked fun for those that did. The boat also gives you an awesome view of the city at night. For the price we paid, I thought it was a great deal! I would highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time! Aeri was an incredible guide and was very knowledgeable of the marine life, biodiversity, and even the bird population. When the visibility wasn't great with the two spots we went to, he took us to another one just out of kindness and we saw sea turtles, manta rays, and pufferfish. Truly an amazing experience--highly recommend.

A wonderful snorkelling tour!
I enjoyed this tour immensely. We met at the Mismaloya Xtreme office in Puerto Vallarta, which was very close to and convenient for us staying in the Zona Romantica. A shuttle driver drove us to Mismaloya, where we went on a boat and snorkelled around the beautiful small, boulder islands. It was so magical snorkelling through the tunnels and around the islands. The guides gave us some information about the unique bird species living on the islands. The number of brightly colouredfish was astounding. Later, they brought us to a small beach where we had another chance to snorkel. I declined to do the cliff jumping at the beginning, but most of our group did it and enjoyed it. The guides were professional friendly, and knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to book this tour for a fun day on the water with magnificent snorkelling.
