Included very nice hike(optional), moderate difficulty for average person. Trails were slippery but very clearly marked. Garden was extremely beautiful. Guide was amazing, photographer very good. Tequila was very good, a little pricerier than expected for the optional purchase. Lunch was delicious but if not choosing the lunch included menu be aware you will be forced to get food at the same restaurant(pretty pricy as well compared to other restaurants in town) due to remote location.

We booked the Signature City Tour: The Private Experience with Obi Tours in Puerto Vallarta, and it exceeded every expectation. Obi picked us up right from our resort and gave us a full 7 hours of pure magic, weaving together the culture and history of Puerto Vallarta in a way that felt personal and alive, not like a rehearsed script.We never once felt rushed. Obi thoughtfully planned out our day so that when it was time to go shopping, it was scheduled for the latter part of the trip, so we didn't have to haul bags around while we were still touring. When it was time to eat, he introduced us to a new restaurant tucked away in a secluded area that felt like a tropical paradise overlooking the river, it was such a special find.What made this tour truly special was Obi himself. From the moment we met him, he made us feel like old friends catching up rather than strangers on a tour. As a fellow entrepreneur, I found our conversations along the way genuinely inspiring, hearing about his journey, his positivity, and his dreams for the future added a whole extra layer to the day that I wasn't expecting but deeply appreciated.You can tell Obi truly loves what he does, and that passion is contagious. By the end of our time together, he had made us believers in Obi Tours, and we can't wait to see this business grow. This was also the tour that made my birthday one I'll never forget.My phone unfortunately decided it would no longer turn on today, so all the pictures I took while on the tour are just on hold until I can get my phone fixed, but Obi took so many pictures along the way that I'm not even worried; I can't wait to see them when they get emailed over.If you're visiting Puerto Vallarta and want more than just a sightseeing trip, if you want a real, meaningful experience with someone who cares, book Obi Tours. Our day with Obi Tours was one of the absolute highlights of our week in Puerto Vallarta!We booked the private Sayulita and San Pancho tour for our group of six, and from the moment Obi and Elizabeth picked us up in their clean, comfortable, air-conditioned van, we knew we were in good hands.Throughout the day, they shared so much knowledge about Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the places we visited. Their passion for what they do really shines through, and they made every stop interesting and enjoyable.One of our favorite surprises was a stop at a roadside fruit stand where they had arranged a tasting of several local fruits. It was such a fun experience that we never would have found on our own.The tequila tasting was another unforgettable part of the day. It was entertaining, informative, and honestly featured the best tequila we’ve ever had! We learned so much and had a great time.In Sayulita, they took us to a wonderful beachfront restaurant before giving us free time to explore the town at our own pace. We also loved visiting beautiful San Pancho.One of the most thoughtful touches was that Elizabeth took photos throughout the entire tour—both candid and posed—and shared them with us afterward at no extra charge. It allowed us to simply enjoy the day while knowing the memories were being captured.What really sets Obi Tours apart is that this didn’t feel like a typical tour. It felt like spending the day with two wonderful people who genuinely love sharing their home and culture with their guests.If we’re fortunate enough to visit Puerto Vallarta again, we’ll absolutely be booking another tour with Obi and Elizabeth. This was a fun tour experience! The tour guides knew their Puerto Vallarta history and shared relevant stories from the the past to current times. There are a lot great and fun things coming to PV and Obi Tours will be a great addition to any vacation plans! They had great energy and attitude. Our family of 13 including 6 preteen & teens and 5 adults from across the US & New Zealand took this fantastic tour during our vacation to Mexico. Manny our guide and Miguel our captain were just the best! Easy boarding then boated to another dock to pick up a lovely honeymoon couple. We boated to the isolated village of Yelapa first, only accessible by boat. We hiked up to the waterfall and splashed in the fresh water pool. Manny clearly knew the locals and told us they make their living off of tourists, so we made a few purchases. I bought a beautiful rosewood mortar & pestle from a local woodworker & we had amazing empanadas on the way down. Check out the local agave moonshine! After reboarding, we stopped in a small inlet to snorkel. It was an amazing experience. Such abundance of beautiful fish! Back on the boat we stopped at another beach for a lunch of delicious ceviche & cervesas and some swimming. This was a lovely introduction to a culture and landscape very different our own. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the highlights of our Puerto Vallarta vacation!We had a wonderful day trip to San Sebastián del Oeste and highly recommend this experience.Pepe arranged for Enrique, a friendly and knowledgeable third-generation guide, who made the day especially memorable. The drive through the lush green mountains was beautiful, and one of our first stops even included a parrot greeting us with “¡Hola!”—a moment that had us laughing.Before reaching San Sebastián, we visited a tequila distillery and enjoyed learning about the process. We even brought home a few travel-sized bottles to remember our trip.San Sebastián itself was charming and authentic. We loved exploring the town, enjoyed delicious flautas con pollo at Lupita’s, sampled local coffee with chocolate and cinnamon notes, and purchased a beautiful handmade pottery mug from Quinta Mary’s.What stood out most was how personal and relaxed the experience felt. We never felt rushed, and the combination of scenery, history, food, and hospitality made this one of the highlights of our 16-day stay in Puerto Vallarta.Thank you, Enrique, for such a memorable day. Truly an incredible experience! Eric, our guide, was so knowledgeable and engaging the entire day and made both the drive there and back so enjoyable. He explained everything in both English and Spanish, making sure everyone felt included during the tour. Our stops to the bakery, tequila tasting, coffee tasting, lunch, and around San Sebastián were incredible! The tequila distillery is family owned and there is so much pride in what they do that it comes out in their amazing tequila products (the hibiscus was our favourite). Panaderia Carmen’s Bakery was delicious and a great spot to stop and have a quick stretch and snack before continuing on. The spot we stopped for lunch was so delicious, and they were fantastic about our allergies. We would absolutely do this tour again on our next visit to PV. The sales people at the fire opal stop were VERY pushy, so that would be my only critique of this incredible tour. It was great to learn about, but even just looking at their products was overbearing.
