Our guide Cervando was amazing. He gave us a great overview of quite a few colonias (neighborhoods) in Puerto Vallarta including Marina Vallarta, 5 de Diciembre, Centro and Zona Romantica. He also gave us a tour of a local market in 5 de Diciembre near where he grew up...including fresh tortillas and salsa. He is very knowledgeable about the city as he is native resident. He is a very safe driver and gives you the option to tailor your tour to your liking, if there are specific sites and areas you would like to see. He also gave us suggestions for various street vendors and restaurants to try while we are here.

We had such a great experience with Alejandro, while visiting Nayarit! We actually ended up using his services twice during our trip, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed having him as our guide.He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our experience with the tour was exceptional, largely due to our outstanding driver and guide, Cervando. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and knows Puerto Vallarta like the palm of his hand. What made the tour particularly valuable was the opportunity to experience both the modern, popular tourist areas and the less-touristy, more authentic parts of Puerto Vallarta. The contrast between these areas provided a unique perspective and made the tour much more interesting and memorable. Cervando was accommodating, attentive, considerate, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and local knowledge greatly enhanced the tour.

We loved our private adventure with Oceanus to Tres Marietas. Eduardo was our primary contact. He agreed to pick us (husband, wife, 10 year old son) up from our local hotel and drive us to the pier. Upon arrival, Eduardo gave my son and I a 30 minute surfing lesson and included boogie boards as well on the gentle waves next to the pier. Then, he introduced use to Tomas, our personal guide, and our boat captain. We were taken on a 25-30 foot boat out to Hidden Beach first. I thought we would be part of a small group, but it ended up being a private tour! Tomas secured our phone/camera in a waterproof container and led us under the tunnel to Hidden Beach! We spent 30 minutes or so in the beach area and Tomas took wonderful photographs of our family from several angles that he knew would be great. He answered all of my son's questions patiently. We swam back and toured the islands from the boat, seeing other landmarks and observing lots of wildlife. Then, we snorkeled at Skull Rock with many colorful fish and visited another beach on a neighboring island. All in all, it was about 3 hours on the adventure. Upon our return, Eduardo had prepared a delicious shrimp ceviche for my wife and I and had purchased a special quesadilla for my picky eating son, which we ate on a beach adjacent to the pier. Eduardo offered additional surfing time before safely driving us back to our resort. I thought it was an excellent value and a lot of fun for $700USD, inclusive of gratuity. I think it would be a great trip for families of up to 8-10 people or couples wanting a romantic adventure together. I highly recommend Oceanus, Eduardo, and Tomas in Punta Mita.

Amazing experience and our guide Carlos was helpful, insightful and overall made the trip 10 times better. I recommend choosing an atv over the 4x4 so you can speed and slow down on your own accord. Did two different trips with them on two different ride paths and both were amazing. 10/10 will recommend Bonus they speak multiple languages

Booked the tour online and received prompt confirmation of the tour and agreed upon pickup location. Our tour guide Alejandro was on time and we set off after introductions. He told us that he would break the drive to San Sebastián del Oeste up with some stops in between. Our first stop was in Las Palmas where we were able to walk around and experience the town on a Sunday morning. It was a good stop and seeing the town was very nice. Our next stop was at a bakery where we got drinks and baked goods. This also provided a great viewing location of the bridge and the mountains. The baked good were awesome and I highly recommend the empanada filled with beef and cheese.Our next stop was at a distillery where we learned how agave is made into liquor. The owner (also named Alejandro) was excellent and fun. We sampled several of their products. We spent time in San Sebastián exploring the town, shops, and restaurants. All were wonderful and a lot of fun.We returned to Puerto Vallarta where all three of us on the tour commented about how much we enjoyed it. Alejandro is delightful to talk to and has a wealth of knowledge about local customs, plants, foods, etc. He was well prepared with an ice chest of cold beverages, bug spray, and everything we needed.I would definitely book another tour with Luna Tours and Alejandro!

The boat was comfortable, well-organised, and the atmosphere was fun throughout the journey.The visit to Hidden Beach was truly unforgettable. Seeing this incredible natural wonder in person was breathtaking, and swimming through to the secluded beach was an amazing experience. The beauty of the Marietas Islands and the surrounding crystal-clear waters was simply stunning.The guides were knowledgeable and safety-conscious while also ensuring everyone had a great time. We appreciated the information they shared about the islands, marine life, and conservation efforts in the area.We finished off on our return to the port with a lovely shrimp dish cooked by one of the guides, Eduardo, sitting on the beautiful beach drinking a cold beer.Everything was exceptionally well organised, from check-in to the return trip. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that Oceanus takes great pride in providing a first-class excursion.We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. If you’re looking for spectacular scenery, adventure, excellent service, and memories that will last a lifetime, this trip is a must-do.

If you’re in or passing through Puerto Vallarta and even remotely considering a photo session, just do it. You will not regret it!As our crew has grown, it’s harder to have everyone all in the same place at the same time. Since we had all flown in from different parts of the country to take a cruise together, I figured this was our chance to get photos - and what better backdrops than the beautiful beaches and city center?!Star helped me coordinate our session for the morning our ship was in port. What I did NOT plan for was a time zone mix-up! We were scheduled to be in port at 7 am - but didn’t know that was ship time - Puerto Vallarta was an hour ahead! By the time we got on land and had cell service, we were already an hour late to our session.Star was incredible about it! She communicated right away, helped us pivot immediately, and we headed to the beach to make the most of the time we had left. No stress, no attitude - just someone who clearly loves what she does and wanted us to walk away happy. When we finally arrived, she wasn’t frantic or upset - she helped us all get comfortable and didn’t let the stressful start ruin the fun.And somehow, even with the time mix up, she got EVERYTHING. The full group, just the kids, the couples, parents with each of the children - all of the combinations I had hoped for. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable right from the start, which matters so much when you’re wrangling a big group.The photos are stunning! Anyone who has taken group photos knows the struggle - someone is always blinking or looking away lol But Star captured so many great shots - genuinely love every single one!Star communicated beautifully before, during, and after the whole process. I only wish we lived closer, because we will absolutely book her again the next time we’re in Puerto Vallarta.JUST DO IT! If you’re on a debating whether to splurge on a professional session while in Puerto Vallarta - do it! You have everyone together, you’re in a beautiful place, and of course the candids from the trip are great, but having photos of your entire crew is truly priceless. Thanks again, Star!!
