Pablo, our tour guide, and Ricardo, our captain, were fantastic. They made my sister's birthday extra special by capturing amazing moments throughout the trip, including beautiful sunsets, rainbows, and lots of laughter. The bioluminescent snorkeling experience wasn't something we originally planned to do, but Pablo made us feel comfortable and confident enough to give it a try. Whether you decide to get in the water or just enjoy from the boat, be prepared to get wet. Definitely wear something you don't mind getting completely soaked. Highly recommend this experience!

Swimming with the dolphins was an incredible experience from start to finish. The interaction was engaging, the staff made everything feel safe and enjoyable, and the dolphins were simply beautiful. We chose to purchase all the photos and videos, and it was absolutely the right decision — the quality was excellent and captured every moment we wanted to remember. Truly a must‑do experience.

This trip was so fun! My 5 year old and family had tons of fun on the boat ride there, the snorkeling was so fun, my 5 year old and I loved swimming under the famous Arcos. The open bar was amazing. Once we got to the beach, we did have to wait around 2 hours to get the free meal but it was the right amount of time for everyone that decided to partake in other activities like the adventure park. Also, a huge huge thanks to the amazing staff! I am so impressed with how nice and attentive every single person working on this boat was. 10/10 honestly. Huge bang for your buck! Also also, BOOK THROUGH HERE. I had searched on other websites and for 4 adults and 1 kid it was over 7k pesos, on here I paid a little over 4k! TAKE THIS TRIP, I RECOMMEND IT AND IM SURE YOULL HAVE TONS OF FUN TOO!

Carlos, Emilio and Rodrigo are the best crew. They took great care of us, were very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the excursion a memorable one.Reaching the hidden beach by swimming was much more strenuous than I anticipated, but between the lifejackets and Rodrigo and Carlos assisting those of us who were weaker swimmers, we made it.The snorkeling was the highlight of the trip for me. Simply beautiful. We saw plenty of all kinds of fish as well as a really large green eel!Plenty of stops along the way to admire the birds and turtles. Lots of appreciation for the local culture as well as the environment and its preciousness.The length of the trip was just perfect. I didn't get too tired, nor did I think it was too long or too short. The price of admission was worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing! We would recommend this to anyone, and would absolutely do it again ourselves. Thalia was so knowledgeable, had everyone’s experience in mind the whole time, and took great care of everyone. We had a group with 3 small kids and she was so attentive and thoughtful. She and the captain, Angel, were what put the tour over the top. We were so impressed. We saw some amazing fish and dolphins in the bay on our way to Los Arcos. If you’re considering this, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my partner. We had a great day. We did everything they suggested. I liked that we are truly taking care of the environment while visiting. The service attitude of the entire crew was GREAT. The food was good and necessary for such an adventure. It is clear that they are looking for ways to keep it sustainable. They do not insist much on selling you photos or tours (and still, I almost bought everything). Several people felt a bit seasick; that's how the sea is. For the photos, you need to make sure no one else is in your shot.

We went in a zodiac made for 39 people but we were only 18 so it wasn’t tight quarters. Our guide was Manuel and our capitan was Miguel. Manuel was funny and really knew his stuff and made our trip wonderful! Really enjoyed ourselves! The waterfall didnt have much water but the ocean was warm for the snorkelling and Manuel even showed me some beautiful fish. He was very helpful as I struggled to get into the zodiac after snorkelling. We had lunch on the beach and it was a very relaxing day as well as enjoying the Mexican culture in Yelapa. Manual and Miguel were also very good with safety and looking after us. Worth every peso!!

Was very skeptical that we’d have a good time but I can say this, I now love dolphins even more!! What a great experience! Roxy our guide in the water and Yoko our 3 year old dolphin made our whole trip that day. If you don’t already love dolphins you will absolutely enjoy this experience and will come away with a real appreciation of the intelligence and gentle nature of these creatures and if you already love them you will now be dreaming of them with a happier heart. A must do and we’ll now be bringing our grandchildren and children on this excursion…for sure!

Booked a Catamaran trip with the NCL Bliss cruise and brought my PADI Open Water Certification card with me. Instead of snorkeling I asked Hugo the Divemaster if I could join them on the scuba dive. Since there were enough tanks and equipment he signed me up on the boat and processed a payment as we motored to the dive site. I was given a scuba refresher course with personalized instruction from the Divemaster Hugo since it was longer than 12 months since my last dive. The dive was very easy and the instruction was simple, yet thorough and the instructor gave confidence to the divers to perform the shallow dive (40 feet) effortlessly. We completed a decompression stop for 3 minutes on the way up as a formality and then swam approx. 50 meters on the surface back to the boat because of a very strong current driving us away. I would recommend Puerto Vallarta Adventures and Hugo the Divemaster as an excellent provider of services. Good luck Scuba divers!
