I’ve done cooking classes before, but Gaby’s was on a completely different level. Everything was from scratch! we learned how to pick out fresh ingredients, where to find the best local food, and then got to cook and eat everything with an amazing view.I honestly lost count of how many things we made! Every dish had a gourmet chef twist and tasted like something you’d order at a restaurant. And I grew up eating Mexican food, so I’m not easily impressed 😂. The fact that we actually helped make all of this ourselves made it even better.We’ll definitely be coming back to try the other classes. If you love food, you HAVE to take this class!

Roberto was great. He gave us great tips, had great energy and definitively made it fun. The other guides are also pleasant. The location they took us to cook was beautiful. The meet up location was not the easiest to find. Would be better to have an exact location to find. After asking where the mirror was from a near by hotel employee we were able to locate it.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience with Martin! He was incredibly kind, thorough, and made the entire workshop so much fun from start to finish. He explained the chocolate-making process in detail while keeping everything interactive and enjoyable.The workshop ended up being just the two of us, which made the experience feel so intimate and special. Martin even took photos and videos of us throughout the process so we could keep those memories forever, which was such a thoughtful touch!Everything was very clean and sanitary, and the chocolate we made actually turned out SO good! 🍫🤎 This was easily one of the highlights of our trip and the perfect birthday excursion. We had so much fun learning how to make our own chocolates, and the truffles and bonbons we created were absolutely delicious. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

We went to a churro making class and we thought it was going to be boring, but ohhh no, we not only made delicious churros. Our guide and cook Roberto showed us how to make a perfect salsa and we also had a piñata….. yes an actual piñata. They made us shrimp and fish tacos that where good, but the energy and good vibes that Roberto had with us was with out a doubt what made our day. We also had some time to enjoy the big pool and a lot of margaritas..

Please know that when you do this during the summer the can they have has little to no aircon. You will be passing by a rough road. We cane from Marina Vallarta and it took about 40-45 minutes to get to the venue. The staff were great and accommodating. Valeria did a very great job in teaching us how to cook salsa molcajete, salsa guacamole, chicken enchiladas and the platano dessert. However, she forgot to give us the recipe of everything. In case, Valeria come across this review please send the recipes to me at [email protected]. It is very important that I get them so I can share with family. Thank you!

we were walking by and happen to stumble upon this tequila tasting and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in PV. Saul was soo incredibly kind and funny. He walked us through all the different tequilas and spirits with his own special flare. We walked out of there a little wobbly but with a great memory and a few new amazing bottles of tequila.

This was amazing! We book several excursions during our visits to PV and this one ranks in our top two! Val was so sweet and taught us some great cooking tips. Our driver (name?) was fun and kept us entertained. After our delicious lunch and drinks we had a dip in the resort style pool. The grounds of the ranch were beautiful and we wished to have stayed all day.We will be doing this again. Thank you for such a wonderful day.
