Was very skeptical that we’d have a good time but I can say this, I now love dolphins even more!! What a great experience! Roxy our guide in the water and Yoko our 3 year old dolphin made our whole trip that day. If you don’t already love dolphins you will absolutely enjoy this experience and will come away with a real appreciation of the intelligence and gentle nature of these creatures and if you already love them you will now be dreaming of them with a happier heart. A must do and we’ll now be bringing our grandchildren and children on this excursion…for sure!

Fantastic experience. I did two dives at Los Arcos and also a refresher dive in the swimming pool Gustavo and Israel are the best dive masters I've ever worked with. Safety was first-rate and the instructions were excellent; I became a better diver thanks to the help of the staff. Saw some really beautiful sea life and everything was punctual and organized. Would definitely go again.

Booked a Catamaran trip with the NCL Bliss cruise and brought my PADI Open Water Certification card with me. Instead of snorkeling I asked Hugo the Divemaster if I could join them on the scuba dive. Since there were enough tanks and equipment he signed me up on the boat and processed a payment as we motored to the dive site. I was given a scuba refresher course with personalized instruction from the Divemaster Hugo since it was longer than 12 months since my last dive. The dive was very easy and the instruction was simple, yet thorough and the instructor gave confidence to the divers to perform the shallow dive (40 feet) effortlessly. We completed a decompression stop for 3 minutes on the way up as a formality and then swam approx. 50 meters on the surface back to the boat because of a very strong current driving us away. I would recommend Puerto Vallarta Adventures and Hugo the Divemaster as an excellent provider of services. Good luck Scuba divers!

Giving this restaurant a 5 star review. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The food was excellent, but most of all. Our server Miguel went above and beyond to provide us exceptional service. Miguel was so friendly and even had the staff sing happy birthday to my hubby. We will definitely go back.

This was the best experience. Eduardo, Edgar and Rodrigo were excellent. Both Eduardo and Edgar are top notch teachers. This was my first experience doing scuba and I have only snorkeled once before two days prior, so I had very little experience in general. Edgar explained things clearly and repeated as necessary. He was patient and I felt we went at the right pace for me. By the second dive, I felt as comfortable as I probably could have. I felt safe and considered the entire time. I will come back to dive with these guys again! We saw a lot of beautiful fish!

Beautiful experience diving in the Caletas, our instructor Fernando always watching us, was showing us the aquatic life of the place. We had good visibility and calm sea. Diving starts from a shallow dock so it's ideal for all experience levels. If they have never dived or are not certified right there you can take the class and rent the equipment and the instructor takes care of you at all times. Bring extra money for tips that truly deserve it and photos of this goddess experience. The food and service are very good, our waitress Brenda with a nice smile and very friendly. Our bartender on David beach very friendly and prepares some very good red skies! We also enjoyed the meeting with animals, by Paty super professional explained the conservation programs that have of macaws for example among other things. We also interacted with a family of super cute Lemurs with their coach Asminda and then spent the squirrel monkeys with their coach Miroslava who also made the experience very enjoyable. I am happy to see how all the little animals have them in optimal condition and have their times to walk freely in the wild. We also climbed into the wave pool in charge of José, super friendly gave us the instructions and equipment for the thiolese that lands in the sea. It is certainly an experience worth returning to! To start off my husband and I went to the wrong location and got there late. Despite of that, they took such good care of us and still got us to the right place. Nicco ensured us many times and checked in with us to make sure we got to the right place. We were both very appreciative of that. Once we got there, it was a very quick and thorough lessen. They are very knowledgeable and gave great instructions. This was both our first time ever scuba diving and it was such a good experience. You got about an hour dive and got to see lots of fish and other things. Really great for a first time experience. Then once we were done it was nice to celebrate with Pina coladas on the island. Thanks so much Nicco for checking an item off my husband's bucket list.

Well-organized, professional, and fun operation with knowledgeable staff. We went scuba diving at Las Caletas near Puerto Vallarta. The first dive site, located near the docks, was fairly underwhelming. However, the second dive more than made up for it—we were lucky enough to see a manta ray, which was incredible.One important note: pay close attention to the details, as the trip can become quite expensive once add-ons are included. These may include a dive refresher, equipment rental for both the refresher and the actual dive, and other extras. Make sure your last dive was within the past 12 months to avoid additional costs. While Cool Puerto Vallarta does specify what’s included, the extra charges can add up quickly.On a positive note, I had to change the schedule and trip details, and Cool Puerto Vallarta’s customer service handled everything efficiently. I called directly, and all scheduling issues were resolved promptly.

Diving was great, water was warm, and Eric the DM for the tripl was awesome. Visibility wasn't the best but we went right after a storm so thats to be expected. The price was unbeatable. $550 for three people and 2 tanks was great. Highly recommend!

I went diving with my 17 year old daughter and had a fantastic time. It was the second time diving with Banderas Scuba Republic and we will definitely be back. Our dive masters Eric and Adam were excellent! We hadn't dove in a few years however they made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend diving with them!!

Great dive for beginners. We did not see the sea life that was in the description but did see a lot of fish and were able to swim through tunnels

We went through the beginner lessons with Gustavo at the Grand Velas - he was absolutely amazing! We had adults and kids in the lesson and he was funny and engaging - it's not easy to keep the young ones interested. Most importantly, he was patient and worked with our son who was having trouble with some of the skills - Gustavo knew exactly when to step back and when to push our son - he's really an amazing instructor. Our son felt very comfortable with Gustavo - highly recommended if you're staying there.

Rojalio from Vallarta Adventures was an amazing dive master! Such a fun experience, went as a solo female but felt safe and protected the entire time! Would recommend for sure and will probably do this exact dive again in the future.
